Terms of Use
Updated: 2026-11-02
1. What this document covers
Libermall Studio (the studio) is a set of Telegram bots for creators: EditsCut (video editing), Superapp (publishing to social networks), AI Content Factory (running a Telegram channel), Bridge Cross Post AI (cross-posting and translation), Virality Media (video versions for multiple accounts) and Stars Cash Flow (tasks and Telegram Stars top-ups). This document sets the rules for using all studio tools. By starting to use any of the bots, you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use it
The studio is available to adults and organizations with a Telegram account. You sign in to the bots through Telegram; the account owner is responsible for keeping access to it secure.
3. How the tools work
You send materials to a bot — videos, texts, images, links to sources — and get a result: an edited video, a post, a translation or a publication on connected platforms. Results are produced automatically, including with artificial intelligence models, and may contain inaccuracies. Review them before publishing.
To publish to social networks and other channels, you connect your own accounts. Publishing happens on your behalf, on your command or on the schedule you set.
Features, limits and pricing of each bot are described in the bot itself. Tools marked “soon” may work in a limited mode.
4. Payments
Paid features are paid inside the bots — with Telegram Stars or other methods the bot shows before payment. The price and contents of a pack are shown before you confirm.
In editing, one video is charged per edit. If an edit fails, the video goes back to your balance. Changes in words to a finished video are included in its price.
Rewards for tasks in Stars Cash Flow are credited on the terms stated in each task. The studio does not guarantee income.
5. What is not allowed
- Sending materials you have no rights to: other people’s videos, music, images and texts without the rights holder’s permission.
- Creating or distributing illegal content, spam, fraudulent or misleading materials with the studio.
- Breaking the rules of the platforms you publish to, including rules on advertising and multiple accounts.
- Gaming tasks, bypassing bot limits, disrupting the bots or using them in an automated way beyond normal use.
In case of a violation, the studio may refuse to process materials, suspend or close access to the bots.
6. Content rights
Rights to your source materials and finished results stay with you. You allow the studio to process the materials you send only as far as needed to complete your task: edit, translate, publish. You are responsible for having the rights to the materials you send and publish.
7. Third-party services
The studio works through Telegram and publishes to third-party platforms. Their rules, availability and decisions (for example, limiting reach or blocking a post) do not depend on the studio.
8. Limitation of liability
The studio is provided “as is”. We work to keep the bots running without interruptions, but we do not guarantee specific reach, views or commercial results of publications and are not liable for outages of third-party services.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes are published on this page with a new update date. Continuing to use the studio means you accept the new version.
